Processing & Delivery
- All orders include FREE SHIPPING.
- Delivery takes 7-15 working days.
- Delivery depends on your location and the local courier's process.

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

Customers are responsible for local taxes, duties, and customs charges.
- We currently offer worldwide shipping, delivering to most countries across the globe.
Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 5 minutes of placing your order.

Cancellation approval is subject to the processing status at our fulfillment center and is only applicable to credit card payments.
Returned to Sender

If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
- A restocking fee of $10 USD applies if the return is due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery and the item is returned.

No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed and not returned to the warehouse.

If the package is refused or undeliverable after all delivery attempts:
- Up to 50% of the purchase price will be charged as a resale/logistics fee.
Delivered Not Received
- Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but has not been received, the responsibility for investigation lies with the shipping carrier.
To proceed with any claim or resolution, customers are required to provide one of the following within 3 business days of notification:
- Official certification of loss from the courier
- A police report
- Proof of contact with the courier (e.g., email confirmation, case or reference number)
Once the required documentation is received, we will submit a claim to the courier on the customer’s behalf.
Please note:
- Once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over the package.
- Responsibility during transit and delivery rests with the courier.
- Claim investigations and resolutions may take 4–10 business days, depending on the courier’s process.
We will contact the customer once the claim outcome is finalized to discuss the available resolution.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for the loss of the package.
However, we may offer a reshipment option under the following conditions:
- A reshipment fee will apply to cover courier costs
- This applies even if the original order included free shipping
- The reshipment fee typically ranges from $7 USD to $15 USD, depending on courier rates
Reshipments will only be processed after:
- Confirmation from the customer, and
- Successful payment of the applicable reshipment fee
We do not cover replacement, refund, or loss for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.
Pick-Up by Courier

Customers must track shipments and collect packages from the post office if needed.

If unclaimed, packages will be destroyed, and we are not liable for replacement or refund.
